{What is your Shipping Policy?}
Curious Glass Designs jewelry is crafted in my Phoenix, Arizona studio. I want you to
receive your purchase as soon as possible. However, since each piece is individually
and uniquely hand-painted by me, please allow 2-4 weeks for jewelry to arrive after they
have been shipped.
All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with Delivery
Confirmation for a flat rate of $5.
Presently shipping internationally is not available. If you need international shipping
or have other questions regarding delivery, please contact me with your request.

{Can items be returned?}
I believe in the empowerment and special beauty of my jewelry and want you to be
happy. If you have received one of my unique jewelry pieces within 30 days and aren't
100% totally in love with it, go ahead and send it back. As long as there isn't any evidence
of wear and tear, and you've repacked the item in it's original condition along with it's
packaging there shouldn't be any problem with processing your return. You will be issued
a refund/credit as soon as your return is received and processed. Please note that items
can not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Please contact me for a return authorization number and I will give you the shipping address
for returns. The item MUST be returned to Curious Glass Designs within 30 days of the original
shipping date in unused and perfect condition (including original packaging). I will not accept
back jewelry that has been worn or damaged due to misuse. Curious Glass Designs can not
be held responsible for items returned without a return authorization number.
I recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your securely wrapped package
for your protection. Curious Glass Designs is not responsible for returned items that are damaged
because of poor packaging or that are lost or stolen in the mail.
Ship prepaid and insured via a traceable method with the package. Return shipping charges are
non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer. If a returned order was shipped out on
a free shipping promotion, Curious Glass Designs will credit your account less the actual cost of
shipping. When your returned merchandise is received, I will credit your original payment method.
Please note that earrings, on sale items, customized items, and exchanged items are
purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back.

I stand behind all of my special handmade jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction, I carefully and
thoroughly inspect and test each piece before it leaves my studio. If you are not fully satisfied
with your purchase upon arrival, please notify me immediately and I will attempt to correct the
situation for you.

Curious Glass Designs accepts Visa and MasterCard through an Authorize.net secure
payment gateway.

{Will the piece I ordered look exactly like the picture?}
Each piece is individually handcrafted and painted by me using the best materials and although
I make every effort to ensure the colors and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations
due to the handmade nature of the materials. This ensures every piece is indeed unique!

{How will my jewelry come packaged?}
Your jewelry will arrive in a hand-stamped kraft bubble pouch with your address personalized
by me. Each piece of jewelry is displayed in a hand-stamped kraft box tied with a double-sided
chocolate satin ribbon. You will receive a wallet-sized story card along with a signed thank
you card from me.

{What materials are used?}
I only use the finest materials available—Argentium® anti-tarnish Sterling Silver and
.925 Sterling Silver. Each piece of jewelry is made of light-weight and durable acrylic glass.
I individually hand-paint each piece and the silver spirals are wire-wrapped by me—
making each piece very unique.

{I own a store and I would love to carry your jewelry, how do I buy it wholesale?}
Curious Glass Designs does offer wholesale terms to qualified retail stores. I require that you
have a brick and mortar store. I do not sell to traveling stores or home parties. Contact me to inquire
about a wholesaler application form and I will review your information and get back to you.
